Eric D. Baker is an Associate in the Litigation and Insurance Divisions. Eric has a broad-based general litigation practice involving both business litigation and personal injury litigation. Eric’s practice focuses on business-related contract and tort claims, ERISA and employee benefit claims, insurance coverage litigation, health care, construction and premises liability. Eric's work also includes the defense of product liability claims, consumer sales practice claims, and consumer credit claims. Eric also devotes significant time advising clients on how to avoid future litigation.
Eric has represented our clients before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, federal and state trial courts, and state appellate courts.
