Andrew D. Bemer
Andrew D. Bemer is the Co-Director of the firm's Governmental & Public Law Division and Director of the Family Law Group. He is the Law Director of Rocky River, Ohio, elected in 2005. He continues his private practice in the areas of litigation, employment, municipal, family, school and probate law. During the period from 1993 to 2005, he served as a member and three times as President of the Rocky River School Board. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and serves as the secretary for the Cuyahoga County Law Directors Association. Mr. Bemer also participates as a guest lecturer on public sector labor law at the CSU Cleveland Marshall College of Law. He has consistently received an AV rating from Matindale Hubbell.
Mr. Bemer received his B.A. degree from Ohio State University in 1970 and his J.D. degree from Cleveland State University in 1973.
