Gregory D. Seeley

Gregory D. Seeley, a firm founder, is the SS&E's firm's Director of the Corporate/Business Division.  Before he started his private practice in 1973, Mr. Seeley served with the Ohio Division of Securities, the Department of Commerce and using that experience, has been instrumental in an array of initial public offerings, private placements, financing structures and corporate buy-outs and mergers. In addition to the corporate practice, he serves as counsel for health care groups comprised of over 1000 physicians and represents many medical providers including, nursing homes, home-health providers, medical laboratories as well as insurance and  managed companies, including third-party administrators utilization/review entities and credentialing groups. He received his B.A. from Kenyon College (1969) and his J.D. from American University (1972). In addition to several bar association memberships.  Mr. Seeley is a member of the Advisory Committee for the Enforcement Section at the Ohio Division of Securities, the Corporate Law Section of the Ohio Bar Association, The American College for Advancement in Medicine Institutional Review Board and serves as a Trustee for The Psychobiology Clinic of Greater Cleveland.
