Mary Davis joined SSE&G in 1999 and is the Director of the Land Use/Environmental Law Division. Her practice includes both transactional matters and commercial litigation. Her real estate practice focuses on commercial and industrial transactions, including purchases, leases and refinancings. Her environmental practice focuses on regulatory compliance, clean up of contaminated soil and negotiation/certification of Ohio and US EPA orders. She has extensive experience in representing municipalities in real estate and environmental matters. She graduated from Northeastern Illinois University (B.A. 1980) and Case Western Reserve University of Law (J.D. 1988).
