matthew K. seeley
Matthew Seeley is a member of the firm’s Litigation department and focuses his practice in the areas of business litigation, product and premises liability, employment law and workers’ compensation. He is admitted to all federal and state courts in Ohio, and has extensive experience before numerous courts and administrative forums throughout the state.
After graduating from Saint Ignatius High School, Mr. Seeley received his B.A. in English literature from Kenyon College in 1993, and his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law in 1996 where he spent a summer studying European law at Magdalene College in Oxford, England. He is a member of the Cleveland and Ohio State Bar Associations.
As of 2010, Mr. Seeley became certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a workers’ compensation specialist. To gain certification, an attorney must demonstrate his knowledge and expertise in that area of law through extensive training, peer review and examination.
